This property dates back to the 1800’s, when it was the bakery in Baildon. What started from a leak in the roof ended up resulting in a complete overhaul of the property. Deciding that as scaffolding was going to be erected for the roof work the proprietor decided to sort out all external matters at once and approached Millholme to take on the project management of the work. This involved sorting out the scaffolding, skip hire, reroofing, insulating, repointing, sandblasting, cosmetic masonry work, re-guttering and decorating. The end product is exceptional, all damp issues are now resolved and we were able to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the work that was carried out over a five week period; reducing the hassle for our busy client.
